About the event
Learn practical, easy-to-use self-defense techniques with Health Healing Guidance and Hot Yoga Joy of Lake Stevens! For $25, participants will be able to meet experienced martial arts instructors and prepare for dangerous situations. No prior experience is required to attend this course.
Class will be held on Saturday, November 8th (11/8) from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Hot Yoga Joy of Lake Stevens 9015 Vernon Road, Lake Stevens WA. A $25 entry fee must be paid online prior to attendance.
